Senior System Validation Lead

This is a senior-level position responsible for leading testing and validation efforts for complex systems. The successful candidate will oversee test planning, execution, and analysis to ensure system integrity, compliance, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies for systems and components.
- Oversee validation and verification processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage a team of engineers and technicians in executing complex test protocols.
- Collaborate with design, safety, and operations teams to optimize testing procedures.
- Analyze test results, identify potential issues, and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain documentation and reports for stakeholders.
- 15 years relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree; 13 years relevant experience with a Master's degree; 10 years relevant experience with a PhD or Juris Doctorate; or High School Diploma equivalent and 19 years relevant experience.
- 12+ years of experience in system testing.
- 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in system safety, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance.
- Proficiency in test automation, data analysis, and diagnostic tools.
