Job Title: Sales Administrator Officer

As a Sales Administrator Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process high-volume quote and NPD work, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
  • Coordinate artwork approvals, working closely with internal departments to ensure seamless communication.
  • Report on key performance indicators, including preprint reports, artwork, and die line copies.
  • Liaise with customers across multiple levels, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Assist with group projects, including tender renewals, presentations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize or modify the pre-production process, improving productivity, accuracy, and customer experience.
  • Cross-train in various areas to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in relevant software applications.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Strong administration background, with experience in sales support or a related field.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
