Sales Administrator Officer

We believe materials are not recycled until they've been made into new products. Our team collects and sorts recyclable materials like paper, cardboard, glass, plastics, and metals from households and businesses, and locally remanufactures them back into new, sustainable packaging.

As a Sales Administration Officer, you'll play a key role in our sales team, reporting to the State Sales Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Processing high-volume quotes and NPD work.
  • Coordinating timely artwork approvals.
  • Working closely with internal departments (Design and customer service).
  • Reporting (preprint reports, artwork/die line/invoice copies as required).
  • Liaising with customers across multiple levels.
  • Assisting with group projects (tender renewals, presentations, and continuous improvement).
  • Ensuring samples are cut and ready for the Account Manager to take to the customer for approval, along with the corresponding quotes and art proofs.
  • Identifying ways to optimize or modify the pre-production process to increase productivity and accuracy, as well as improving the customer's experience with Visy Board.
  • Cross-training is an essential part of this role.
