Job Description

The Strategic Advisor will be responsible for evaluating our business operations, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to drive efficiency and profitability. This role involves conducting research, benchmarking, and data analysis to inform strategic decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse organisational structures, policies, systems, and procedures to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct research, benchmarking, and data analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Provide objective advice and develop recommendations on organisational change, restructuring, and resource optimisation.
  • Assist management in developing and implementing strategies, policies, and business plans that align with organisational goals.
  • Design and implement new systems, processes, and practices to improve overall efficiency and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field; advisory/consulting experience is preferred.
  • Australian citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to apply.
