We are seeking a Customer Service Expert to join our retail team. As a Customer Service Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer has a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations
- Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their preferences and adapting to their needs
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that products are displayed in an appealing and accessible manner
- Assist with visual merchandising, creating visually appealing displays that drive sales and engagement
- Maintain accurate department signage and pricing, ensuring that customers have the information they need to make informed purchasing decisions
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, supporting colleagues and contributing to the success of the business
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point of sale system
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods
