This is not a typical administrative role. As my trusted support partner, you will be responsible for managing my calendar, appointments and daily requests, as well as coordinating internal and external stakeholders in the execution of media opportunities.
About the RoleThis role requires a proactive and organized individual who can effectively manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage the calendar, appointments and daily requests of the Founder and Head of Growth.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders in the execution of media opportunities.
- Verify, edit and communicate necessary information for the creation of content for media distribution.
- Compile and submit business awards nominations.
- Prepare reports to highlight PR efforts.
- Arrange travel arrangements, including lodging, transportation and activities within the United States and internationally.
- Research and coordinate with service providers for various projects as instructed by the Founder.
- Maintain the office to a clean and organized standard.
- Order office supplies and materials.
- Welcoming clients, direct them to meeting rooms and offer refreshments.
- Answer the main reception line and direct calls.
- Closing the office accordingly.
- Provide backup support for the AR function.
- Assist the People & Culture Manager with company-wide events and activities.
