Health and Safety Specialist

This is a key role in maintaining our safety standards on construction sites. As a Health and Safety Specialist, you will play a crucial part in monitoring performance and identifying potential hazards.
About the Job- You will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections and audits of high-risk work activities to maintain top-notch safety standards.
- Review contractor Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) to ensure strict compliance.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and authorities to foster a collaborative safety culture.
- A strong background in Construction Health and Safety is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
- Proficiency in risk management and implementing safe work practices is required.
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety is a must.
- Three years' experience in a similar role is desirable.
