Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Health Safety Specialist to lead our team in maintaining the highest standards of safety culture across all aspects of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective safety strategies and initiatives;
  • Monitor and report on health and safety performance metrics, including KPIs and targets;
  • Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with relevant legislations;
  • Identify, record, and report hazards, incidents, and near misses;
  • Collaborate with site teams to maintain a safe working environment and provide support for incident investigations;

Requirements:

  • A degree in Work Health and Safety or a related field;
  • A minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong analytical and project management skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
