Job Description

Our organization is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care, and we are seeking a skilled professional to drive the development of our Business Intelligence (BI) capabilities. The BI Designer will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data design, resolving design-level issues, and taking ownership of data warehouse interfaces and presentation designs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the design of AV's Data Warehouse, Analytics, and Reporting systems to ensure alignment with architectural standards
  • Provide technical recommendations for system improvements and enhancements
  • Contribute to the regular updating of BI policies, processes, and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or relevant industry certification
  • Previous experience with Oracle systems and relevant tools
  • Demonstrated experience in using at least one BI tool and ETL tool
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
  • Initiative to identify and resolve issues proactively
