Job Role:

The Reservations All Rounder is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a customer-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and high-quality customer service.
  • Greet guests in a friendly manner and ensure they feel valued.
  • Answer phone calls within three rings in a professional and brand-standard manner.
  • Set up groups and guest accounts accurately.
  • Ensure all guest details are fully updated on the Property Management System (PMS).

Essential Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hotel reservations or a similar customer service role is highly desirable.
  • Experience working in a large hotel, preferably with Opera cloud, is an advantage.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask are essential.
  • A background in Front Office is preferable.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
