About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Munro Footwear Group. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining operational store standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and provide an outstanding customer experience
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and manage stock levels to ensure maximum sales potential
  • Support the Store Manager in driving store performance and achieving business objectives
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
