E-Learning Support Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will provide comprehensive support to university staff engaged in developing and delivering face-to-face and online courses.
Responsibilities- Monitor job requests, troubleshoot, and provide timely resolution of eLearning support requests and incidents.
- Support administrative functions within the Learning Management System, ePortfolio, Video Capture and Streaming Server, Virtual Classrooms, and Plagiarism Prevention.
- Undertake operational tasks to assist staff and student use of learning technologies.
- Produce and contribute to the development of instructional resources for staff and students.
- Deliver introductory training sessions to staff and students in technical knowledge required to use eLearning technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of eLearning technologies and platforms
- Experience working with learning management systems
