**Job Description:**

We are seeking a strategic thinker to partner with our Institutional Banking and Markets team. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the business's strategic direction.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and leadership capabilities, with a minimum of 4 years' experience in business strategy consulting at a major consulting firm or corporate in-house strategy function, preferably within Financial Services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading end-to-end strategy development projects, including problem framing, project scoping, stakeholder engagement, research and analysis, and delivering high-quality recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Translating strategic intent into actionable priorities and measurable outcomes through clear and insightful performance reporting.
  • Building and maintaining trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders who contribute to or are impacted by our strategy.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to lead complex strategic initiatives using structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven analysis.
  • Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders across functions and levels.
