Job Title: Strategic Financial Leader

About the Role

This role involves leading the annual budgeting process, financial planning cycles and scenario modelling to support strategic decision-making and investor engagement. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective financial management.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the annual budgeting process, financial planning cycles and scenario modelling to support strategic decision-making and investor engagement.
  • Prepare comprehensive board packs and manage statutory filings across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on pricing strategies, commercial proposals and contract reviews to ensure sound financial outcomes and risk mitigation.
  • Drive capital raise activities including the preparation of financial models due diligence materials and structured documentation of shareholder activity.
  • Manage tax and regulatory compliance across ANZ and the US including R&D tax credits insurance coverage and risk registers.
  • Oversee core finance operations including bookkeeping accounts payable/receivable payroll and other administrative tasks.
