About The Role

The Business Analyst is responsible for ensuring that systems and processes are well-maintained to effectively support business goals. This requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Maintaining a dedicated Business Analyst role within our organization is essential for fostering a deep understanding of business processes and the technologies that enable them. As systems evolve or are replaced, these processes must adapt, requiring strong BA expertise to ensure smooth transitions.

As a Business Analyst, you will be working closely with stakeholders at all levels to deliver critical business outcomes. You will also have the opportunity to work on complex projects, implementing new systems and processes to drive business growth.

About You

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in business or Information Technology.
  • Broad background in ICT systems development, implementation and support with minimum 5 years' experience working as a business analyst in complex ICT system implementation projects.
  • Experience and domain knowledge on human resource information systems, asset management, finance CRM, CMS, BI tools and Online/Mobile service delivery models.
  • Demonstrated delivery of successful business cases and other BA specific deliverables and knowledgeable and experienced with BA methodologies.
  • Experience working in a matrix structure to assist delivery of multiple complex projects, with competing priorities and timeframes.
  • Demonstrated experience working with business and technology stakeholders at all levels.
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills and sound interpersonal skills.
  • Experience gained working in Government or Emergency Services is an advantage.
  • Proven experience delivering ServiceNow solutions, both in collaboration with external partners and within internal teams.
