We are seeking an experienced professional to collaborate with Ernest Henry leaders in addressing workforce needs, advancing short-term strategies and promoting a productive workplace.
About the RoleThis position requires the ability to support leaders in implementing policies, fostering an inclusive workplace culture and providing expert guidance on process interpretation and best practices.
- Supporting leaders in addressing workforce needs, implementing policies and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
- Providing expert guidance on policy interpretation, processes and best practices, while coaching frontline leaders.
- Collaborating with other teams to support business plans, goals and targets.
The ideal candidate is a people-oriented professional who excels at establishing connections and working together at all organisational levels.
About YouYou will bring: a minimum of two years' experience in an HR Business Partnering/Advising role; tertiary qualifications in HR or IR/ER; exposure to and understanding of enterprise agreements and their application; strong knowledge of employment law and standards.
