Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Partnerships Specialist.

This role involves developing and managing strategic employer and industry partnerships, promoting our organization as a trusted provider, and analysing labour market trends to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.

About the Role
  • Expand community and employer networks to increase referrals and support diversity initiatives within employers.
  • Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility.
  • Develop and manage strategic employer and industry partnerships.
  • Promote our organization as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals.
  • Analyse labour market trends to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Support the local leadership team to coach teams to strengthen employer engagement and improve client career outcomes.
  • Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.
  • Champion our values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice.
