Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Data Migration Specialist to lead our data migration project. As the subject matter expert, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering end-to-end data migration from legacy platforms into Microsoft Dynamics 365 using Azure cloud infrastructure.

The successful candidate will serve as the key stakeholder in defining the overall approach, selecting tools, and managing timelines, risks, and rollback plans. You will also be responsible for preparing and assessing data, designing and building ETL processes, supporting testing and cutover activities, ensuring auditability and handover, and mapping complex source and target environments.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills. You will work collaboratively with business users, developers, and consultants across technical and non-technical teams to ensure high-quality results. We value adaptability and responsiveness to evolving project needs and unique migration scenarios.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to understand and map complex legacy data to Dynamics 365 data model.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensures high data integrity.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Work through incomplete or poorly structured legacy data.
  • Collaborative Approach: Works effectively with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
