Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced People & Culture Manager to join our team.
This role will drive career development, learning, and engagement initiatives, while also shaping early-career programs that attract and nurture emerging talent.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic learning and development initiatives that empower employees to continuously improve and grow within the company.
- Manage performance reviews, probationary assessments, and career milestone processes, ensuring consistency and fairness.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance and career development, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to support their teams effectively.
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives, including cyclical activities such as gathering feedback, action planning, and implementing improvements that enhance the employee experience.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to create career development strategies and high-performance plans that align with business objectives.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and workplace relations legislation.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail.
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proven ability to manage HR projects and drive continuous improvement.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, and experience in internal communications.
