We Are Hiring Instructors Do you love LEGO and enjoy working with creative and happy kids? We are hiring team leaders to run our workshops, who can help deliver fun and engaging School Holiday Workshops, After School Programs and weekend Birthday Parties.

About Us

Bricks 4 Kidz is a dynamic and creative educational organization that brings the world of LEGO bricks to children through fun and enriching programs. We are seeking a motivated Casual Team Leader to join our team and lead engaging Bricks 4 Kidz programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Lead and coordinate Bricks 4 Kidz holiday workshops, after-school sessions, school incursions, and parties.">
  • Provide guidance and support to program instructors during various events.">
  • Oversee program logistics, including setup, materials preparation, and cleanup.">
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for participants.">
  • Communicate effectively with parents, participants, and the management team.">
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously enhance the program offerings.">
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality workshops and fun programs for kids aged between 5 and 12 years at various locations.">

Qualifications:

">

- Previous experience in education, childcare, or related fields.

">

- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and support a team.

">

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

">

- Passion for hands-on learning, creativity, and working with children.

">

- Creativity and a love of LEGO.
