We are seeking a passionate coordinator to lead our Before and After School Care Program in Camden, NSW.

**Centre Hours of operation**:
Before School Care: 6:30 - 8:30am

After school care: 3:00 - 6:00pm

Vacation care: 7:00am - 6:00pm

**As an OSHC Coordinator at Kids CBASS, Your role will include**
- Delivering a high quality, educational, safe and fun program
- Compliance with the National Regulations
- Understanding and implementing the National Quality Standards
- Provide programs which align with the framework 'My Time Our Place'
- Communication and engagement with children, families and other team members in a positive, productive and respectful manner
- Agree to be the responsible person
- Identify and respond to children and young people at risk
- Support the development of children
- Ability to support administration
- Attend regular management meetings
- Supervision of children
- Light cleaning duties
- Preparation of food
- Attendance at monthly staff meetings

**Essential Requirements**
- Experience in OSHC with leadership qualities
- Qualification - Diploma preferred
- in Childrens Services or OOSH.
- Willing and able to work
- Ability to lead and motivate your team
- Honesty
- Experience with 'Kidsxap' or similar
- High level of technology skills and abilities
- Experience in working with children with a disability
- Quick thinking and ability to make appropriate decisions
- Willingness to learn
- Valid Working with Children Check for paid employment
- Recent Police check (less than 6 months old) or willingness to obtain prior to starting the role
- First Aid certificate (including CPR, anaphylaxis & asthma management and emergency first aid response in an education and care setting) or willingness to obtain prior to start
- Ability to work effectively as a team
- Excellent communication and engagement skills
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with the children, parents and staff
