Kid’s Clinical Trials Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to coordinate clinical trials in kid’s oncology and leukaemia, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional patient care.

About the Role
  • Provide administrative support for the maintenance of day-to-day clinical trials and research activities associated with childhood cancers and blood disorders.
  • Work closely with the Kids Oncology and Leukaemia (KOALA) Team to advance childhood cancer care through world-class clinical research.
  • Coordinate national/international precision medicine and early phase clinical trials for childhood cancer as a Clinical Trial Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in the coordination of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with established protocols and procedures.
  2. Maintain accurate records and reports, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve trial efficiency and participant engagement.
  4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless trial execution and high-quality outcomes.
Requirements
  • A relevant background within a healthcare and/or science setting.
  • The ability to take initiative and exercise basic problem-solving skills with reference to established methods and procedures.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work demands and achieve deadlines.
