About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with disabilities to live their lives with independence and choice.

Our ideal location is in Newcastle, including Swansea, Hamilton, Mayfield, Merewether, Adamstown, Charlestown, Waratah, Jesmond, Lambton, Wallsend, Kotara, and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for providing high-quality, responsive, and person-centered support to assist participants enhance their everyday living skills, gain access and participation in community to achieve their goals, enhance their quality of life and physical and mental health.
