About the Role
  • Manage the Parish Priest's schedule, ensuring timely appointments and meetings.
  • Prepare letters, reports, newsletters, and other documents as required.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and other logistical tasks.
  • Process and manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Records Management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both digital and physical.
  • Ensure confidentiality and data security at all times.
Financial Administration
  • Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
  • Process invoices, payments, and parish contributions efficiently.
