We specialise in comprehensive construction services, managing a diverse portfolio of complex projects and services. Our distinctive focus lies in fostering long-term, meaningful employment opportunities and skill development for our First Nations workforce.

Our experience in construction spans earthworks, pavements – roads and car parks, hard and soft landscaping, carpentry, and site establishment, drainage, and concreting.

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

Your impact: Your presence on site will ensure our workforce is able to deliver for our valued clients across various sectors.

Your Everyday Responsibilities:

  • Managing subcontractor packages of works including on-site coordination between work fronts and different disciplines.
  • Coordinate material delivery, tracking, and reporting.
  • Undertaking quality inspections and review of works including ITP completion.
  • Tracking of daily progress and productivity and reporting.
  • Provide input to program for both completed activities and look ahead.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Relevant construction experience.
  • Stakeholder Management skills.
  • A proven track record in delivering projects and leading teams with a successful outcome.

About Wamarra:

We are a socially responsible business – it's part of our DNA and who we are as an Aboriginal-owned and operated business. Our aim is the integration and longevity of Aboriginal people in civil construction projects and industry.
