Senior Employment Law Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Employment Lawyer to spearhead the development of our employment law division.
Key Responsibilities
- Ownership and management of employment law matters from start to finish
- Provide comprehensive legal advice to corporate clients
- Draft, review and negotiate employment contracts, policies and workplace agreements
- Manage workplace relations, enterprise bargaining and industrial disputes
- Conduct workplace investigations and disciplinary processes
- Represent clients in tribunals, courts and mediation proceedings
- Develop and manage your own client portfolio with complete autonomy
- Drive business development and build strong client relationships
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Admitted legal practitioner in Western Australia
- Minimum 6 years' experience in employment law with proven independence
- Strong understanding of Fair Work Act, WA Industrial Relations Act and related legislation
- Experience in workplace investigations, tribunals and dispute resolution
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Business development skills and commercial acumen
