With a growing base of clients in Australia we would love to talk to lawyers with current Practising Certificate or ability to obtain one who are interested in exploring opportunities to work with clients or within Practice Groups.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**
- Specialist expertise in employment law including litigation and investigations, advisory and compliance
- Ability to monitor legislative changes and industry best practices, recommending updates to policies and procedures
- Minimum of 5 years' experience
- Ability to manage external facing issues
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
You will need:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to interface at all levels, building strong relationships externally and internally
- Strong commercial and business acumen
- An excellent client service focus, ethic and commitment
- The right to live and work in Australia and hold or be able to obtain a current practising certificate
