Technical Solutions Architect

This role is responsible for designing, developing and implementing scalable technical solutions across Oracle Cloud HCM and bespoke enterprise systems.
- Build and enhance integrations and extensions using a variety of technology stacks and Oracle tools
- Collaborate with business and functional teams to understand requirements and convert them into technical designs
- Work across the full development lifecycle—from design through deployment
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven technical experience in Oracle Cloud HCM suite, including HDL, HSDL, Extracts, Web Services, OTBI/BI Reporting, Fast Formula and Security, with strong Oracle SQL/PLSQL
- Experience in designing, developing and implementing bespoke applications and integrations around Core HR and other HCM modules
- Strong application knowledge on Core HR and at least one other HCM module
