Job Overview

This is a pivotal leadership role in an eHealth team, accountable for spearheading large-scale VMware to AWS migrations.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex IT projects, with a strong emphasis on rehost/lift-and-shift approaches.

They will be responsible for co-owning and shaping migration architecture and patterns with solution architects and AWS partners.

Key responsibilities include maintaining and evolving a migration pattern catalogue, planning and executing migration waves, and leading cutover activities.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering end-to-end migrations, as well as a strong understanding of VMware and AWS infrastructure.

They will also possess excellent communication skills and experience working with technical teams, customers, and senior stakeholders.
