Role Overview
  • Our team provides support to clients in accordance with their NDIS plan, assisting with daily living activities such as eating, dressing, bathing, and grooming.
Key Responsibilities
  • We offer transportation assistance, respite care, and communicate effectively with clients, families, and other members of the care team.
Requirements
  • A minimum of high school or equivalent qualification.
  • Certificate 2 or 4 in individual support or willingness to work towards completion.
  • Lived experience or paid experience working with people with disabilities.
  • Strong understanding of the NDIS and its guidelines.
  • Basic care and first aid skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
