Job Description

We are seeking a talented Technical Support Specialist to provide advanced level technical support and troubleshooting for our internal and external customers. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and resolve complex technical issues quickly and efficiently, minimizing downtime and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong background in IT, including experience with system administration, network infrastructure, and software development. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong database querying skills and experience with data feed or API mechanisms">
  • Certifications in ITIL, Agile practices, or related fields">

  • Proven experience in maintaining production support momentum and adhering to SLA targets">
  • Strong experience in managing relationships with stakeholders and vendors">
