Key Role in Equality Advocacy

The Commission seeks a dynamic professional to lead the development and delivery of engagement and education strategies that promote awareness about equal opportunity principles.

As an ideal candidate, you will possess a deep understanding of the impacts of discrimination and harassment, coupled with exceptional communication skills to tailor messaging for diverse cultural and accessibility needs.

You will play a pivotal role in assisting the provision of the Commission's engagement and education initiatives, including researching and developing effective education strategies and resources, delivering engaging education and training sessions, and actively engaging with community groups.

  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement impactful education strategies to raise awareness about equal opportunity principles.
  • Design and deliver engaging education and training programs using adult learning principles and methods.
  • Engage with community stakeholders to understand and incorporate lived experiences into program development.
