Job Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary leader to manage and develop our early learning centre. As Centre Director, you will be responsible for guiding the next generation of educators and delivering a bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Build and lead a talented team of early learning professionals, promoting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning and business development of the centre, focusing on attendance pipeline growth and revenue generation.

Requirements:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
  • A QLD Working with Children's Check and willingness to undergo a Police Check.
  • Proven experience in leadership and management, preferably in education or a related field.
  • Strong commercial acumen and financial performance management skills.
