Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced administrative professional to provide support to our respiratory medicine department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing new referrals, checking patients in, scheduling follow-up appointments, and completing clinic tasks.

The role will involve working in outpatient clinics, using strong organisational skills to prioritise tasks in a busy environment. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and excellent written and oral communication skills are required.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support and possess a high level of attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the respiratory medicine department
