This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of families at a critical time. As a Parenting Orders Program Case Coordinator, you will empower parents and carers to build positive, healthy relationships with their children through and beyond separation.

Each day offers the chance to educate, support, and inspire individuals to navigate challenges and champion child-focused outcomes.

  • Conduct intake assessments, obtain client information, screen for risks, develop safety plans, and determine suitability for interventions.
  • Design and deliver group and individual education programs on child development, family violence, and navigating complex family separations.
  • Develop and implement client case management plans in a child-focused, collaborative manner.
  • Liaise with internal and external services for integrated support, including referrals for counselling and family dispute resolution.
  • Maintain accurate client records, case notes, and risk assessments as per organisational policy.
  • Continuously participate in supervision, professional development, and uphold compliance with all legislative, duty of care, and administrative requirements.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience supporting families in high conflict settings.

  • Solid knowledge of family law, domestic violence legislation, and the impact of trauma and conflict on children.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and computer literacy skills.
