Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

This is a temporary full-time role until 30 June 2027.

About the Role:

The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering, planning and coordinating complex policy-related projects within agreed timelines.

  • Manage team resources, budgets, assets, projects and staffing to ensure goals are achieved.
  • Drive a team culture that is effective, accountable and inclusive.
  • Provide proactive and evidence-based expert advice and reports to senior management.
  • Seek out and actively manage key internal and external stakeholder relationships.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
  • Is self-aware and knows how to manage inclusively.
  • Can form strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Knows how to set up a program of work within government and legislative policies.
  • Ensures policy advice is based on sound evidence.
