Global Market Insights Director

The Global Market Insights Director plays a pivotal role in analysing market entry, prioritisation, partnerships, competitor insights, student yield, and education agent performance.

  1. Leading a team of analysts to provide tailored market and business intelligence insights for the University's international recruitment and admissions functions.
  2. Working with key colleagues to set performance targets, monitor progress, and develop forecasting models to optimise international student recruitment.
  3. Overseeing the development and management of the University's international admissions system, ensuring it supports business intelligence activities and streamlines admissions processes.

To be successful in this role, you will require the ability to lead a team, establish and maintain a profile as an expert in international student business intelligence and admissions systems, and represent the University at external forums and meetings.

Additional requirements include:

  1. Building capability and managing talent within the team to support growth and succession planning.
  2. Developing, delivering, and interpreting market and internal business intelligence required for the University's annual international student recruitment strategy.
