We seek an experienced Global Vice President of People and Culture to set strategic HR direction across multiple countries, leading a global HR team and collaborating with regional leaders to align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement global HR strategies supporting company mission, considering regional differences.
- Lead and mentor regional HR leaders for consistent policy and program implementation.
- Oversee performance management, employee development, talent planning, and HR system integration.
- Enhance employee engagement through quarterly initiatives and measure their effectiveness.
- Update policies and contracts to reflect legal changes, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Analyze survey data to develop action plans.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and data privacy standards.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and legal compliance.
- Collaborate on compensation and benefits aligned with company growth.
- Monitor HR metrics and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated on HR trends and legal requirements.
- Lead global recruitment efforts, focusing on technology and team efficiency, especially in Australia, Dominican Republic, and the US.
- Manage contract renewals and maintain accurate client records.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields.
- 8+ years in senior HR management supporting leadership teams.
- Proven ability to handle complex business and cultural challenges.
- Experience in designing and executing people strategies, including organizational design, change management, and employee engagement.
- Strong policy development and legal knowledge.
- Analytical skills for risk management and legal issues.
- Operational and budget management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Leadership style that is engaging and collaborative.
- Ability to work independently and influence across levels.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
