About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned nursing professional to lead our Client Services team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing clinical oversight and leadership to the care/service team.

Your primary objective will be to foster and promote best practices, ensuring that our residents receive high-quality care in a safe and supportive environment.

  • Lead regular health assessments of prospective and current residents to maintain their quality of life in their chosen lifestyle option.
  • Direct the recruitment, orientation, training, and professional development of team members.
  • Provide leadership and direct supervision to employees in your area of responsibility.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, brand standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Respond to government inspection/investigation reports and maintain licensing standards.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong nursing background, preferably with experience working with seniors in a long-term care or seniors' living environment. Your qualifications should include:

  • A Practical Nurse diploma and registration with the Provincial Association of Practical Nurses.
  • Minimum five years of nursing experience, including time spent in a supervisory/leadership role.
  • A current First Aid & CPR certificate.
  • The ability to provide a clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening upon hire.
