As a key member of our Platform team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our company's approach to digital experience delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers and provide technical guidance, mentorship through planning, initiative, and epic/story refinement.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Senior Management to develop and estimate technical strategy and solutions for strategic initiatives.
  • Develop high-quality standards for CI/CD, container, and artefact management, security, and code quality compliance scanning, for the deployment of our products to SaaS environments.
  • Build and maintain backend APIs and Microservices that provide functionality to the Squiz Digital Experience Platform.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent knowledge of AWS services including Lambda/Serverless, RDS, EC2, EKS, IAM, ELB, Cloudformation/CDK.
  • Experience with cloud-native tools and DevOps principles and practices that support best practice CI/CD.
  • Strong programming skills, preferably in Go.
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS preferred) and Container Technologies.
