Job Description

A Program Analyst is responsible for supporting the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Information Operations, J-6, Program Executive Office (PEO). The role involves providing administrative support, exercising broad responsibility for executing platform-level projects, and developing presentations and products using system tools for Program Managers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support IT program management by tracking goals, metrics, and performance.
  • Coordinate and communicate with leaders and across large teams.
  • Develop strategies, manage projects, track goals, and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Facilitate communication between SAP Platform, portfolios, and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have one year of specialized experience that equipped you with particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position. This includes:

  • Providing support on large organization information technology (IT) programs, projects, or applications serving large customer communities.
  • Performing research and providing solution analysis through various reviews and products.
  • Providing program management oversight for system programs by tracking goals, metrics, and performance.
  • Applying analytical, qualitative, and quantitative techniques for analyzing and measuring effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of assigned projects and program operations.

This is an Acquisition, Technology & Logistics (AT&L) Workforce Position in the Program Management Career Field. As a Program Analyst, you will be required to become certified at Advanced level in the program management career field within 60 months unless a Position Requirements Waiver is approved to extend the 60 months.
