Project Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to lead our projects as a Project Manager.

The ideal candidate will have experience in overseeing performance, managing costs, and providing project updates.

A key aspect of this role is ensuring project specifications and regulations are followed. The successful candidate will be able to effectively manage client interactions, needs, and expectations. They will also be responsible for managing the quality assurance/quality control program, contract agreements, and implementing RFI, submittal, and cost control processes. Additionally, they will create schedules of values, compile and submit monthly applications for payment, and prepare meeting minutes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related Engineering discipline.

Qualifications:

  • Must have excellent organizational skills to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
  • Ability to identify and ensure project safety.
  • Must be able to multitask several projects simultaneously while managing budgets and deadlines.
  • Ability to meet clients' needs while following established procedures.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office products and scheduling software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
