Job Opportunity

This role is focused on delivering high-quality, winning proposals for complex opportunities. The ideal candidate will partner with strategic pursuit leaders to manage workload assignments and produce competitive proposals.


Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with TBG SPLs to understand needs and levels of support for proposal production phases.
  • Manage the efficient execution and workload management of proposal managers across all strategic pursuits.
  • Understand active pursuit and proposal schedules to make work assignment adjustments.
  • Mentor proposal managers on improving proposal execution processes and procedures.


Proposal Management & Coordination
  • Develop a self-directed team culture by delivering high-quality materials.
  • Lead the full proposal lifecycle from kickoff through final production and interview.
  • Develop and manage pursuit organization tools using collaborative online platforms.
  • Review and interpret RFPs to create clear compliance matrices.


Content Development & Quality
  • Write, edit, and format non-technical proposal content to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Work closely with specialized experts to write and visualize technical approaches and project understanding information.


Visual & Layout Skills
  • Compose and format documents with strong reader-friendly graphic/layout skills using InDesign.


Quality Control & Compliance Checks
  • Create schedules and time blocks to conduct reviews of content and graphics throughout the production period.
  • Monitor progress of the proposal process to ensure internal proposal deadlines and quality processes are being met.
