Data Science Project Lead Opportunity

Bluefin Resources is seeking a skilled Data Science Project Lead to join their team. As a Data Science Project Lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact data science projects that drive business growth and customer insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of highly capable analysts to deliver advanced analytics solutions
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize customer analytics frameworks
  • Design and deliver customer profiling, behavioural analysis, segmentation, and experimental design solutions
  • Identify opportunities to standardize analytics solutions and reporting frameworks across the business

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading a team of analysts, essential
  • Technical skills in SQL, Power BI or Tableau, and Snowflake advantageous
  • Demonstrated experience in applying hands-on advanced analytics skills, including segmentation, profiling, behavioural analysis, A/B testing, and experimental design
  • Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders to influence and drive analytics initiatives
