Job Title: Senior Data Scientist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our team at Correlate Resources. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced data science solutions to drive business growth and improve decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of analytical use cases and architecture
  • Take ownership of projects with diverse scope and range
  • Deploy data science applications into production environments
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Provide leadership
  • Apply Probability Theory to business problems
  • Present complex analytics solutions to stakeholders
  • Design and manage appropriate cross-business experimentation methodologies for testing analytics and data science approaches

Requirements:

  • Advanced programming skills (particularly in R, Python)
  • Advanced data visualisation skills (e.g. PowerBI, ggplot, plotly)
  • Advanced knowledge of relational databases (e.g SQL, Hive, Pig)
  • Ability to develop architectural prototypes that integrate machine learning with complex and fluid IT systems
  • Ability to distil and abstract complex problems into appropriate data-driven / machine learning analogy
  • Ability to engage with and clearly articulate findings to business stakeholders
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Education Level: Masters or PhD in Quantitative field (Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related disciplines)

Salary: Contract rate: $1000 pd
