Tendering and Marketing Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Tendering and Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

  • This is an exciting role that requires strong coordination and content creation skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in tender management, marketing support, and digital engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate comprehensive tender responses, including assembly, formatting, proofreading, and quality checks.
  • Develop compelling content for tenders, manage the tender library, and ensure brand alignment across all company materials and digital platforms.
  • Maintain and update company websites, and assist in creating engaging written and graphical content for social media.
  • Produce impactful infographics, capability brochures, and information flyers for diverse business needs.
  • Conduct peer reviews of content for accuracy and consistency, and coordinate internal company publications.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar tendering/marketing coordination role with proven research and content application skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, complemented by strong proofreading abilities.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premier Pro) or equivalent graphic design software.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and maintain meticulous attention to detail while working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Proven teamwork and communication skills, coupled with a process-focused approach to tasks.
