About the Role

In this dynamic role, you will be a vital part of our Strategic Customer Development team, providing essential tendering and marketing support across our diverse customer streams: Building and Construction, Civil and Infrastructure, Environmental Services and Engineering and Projects, nationally. Reporting to the Tendering & Marketing Manager, you will be crucial in coordinating tender proposals and developing compelling content that aligns with our brand vision.

What You Will Do

• Tender Management: Coordinate comprehensive tender responses, from assembly and formatting to proofreading and quality checks, ensuring alignment with RFTs and delivery methodologies.
• Content & Brand Development: Create compelling content for tenders, manage the tender library, and ensure consistent brand alignment across all company materials and digital platforms.
• Digital & Social Media Engagement: Maintain and update company websites and assist in creating engaging written and graphical content for social media, aligning with brand voices.
• Marketing Collateral Production: Produce impactful infographics, capability brochures, and information flyers for the diverse business needs.
• Quality & Publication Oversight: Conduct peer reviews of content for accuracy and consistency and coordinate internal company publications.

What You Will Bring

• Experience & Research: 3-5 years in a similar tendering/marketing coordination role with proven research and content application skills for tender responses.
• Communication & Proofreading: Exceptional verbal and written communication, complemented by strong proofreading abilities.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premier Pro) or equivalent graphic design software.
• Time Management & Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and maintain meticulous attention to detail while working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
• Teamwork & Process-Oriented: Proven teamwork and communication skills, coupled with a process-focused approach to tasks.
