Commercial Contract Manager

The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing commercial risk, advising on contract strategy, and supporting dispute resolution.
- Impressive experience in energy, construction, or infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of contract law, risk mitigation, and project delivery models
- Proven ability to manage complex contracts and mentor operational staff
- A driver's licence and access to a vehicle for site visits
This is a hands-on role with regular site presence required, including monthly attendance at our depot and occasional travel to other project sites. The successful applicant will have the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and build strong relationships with colleagues.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Managing and administering multiple contracts simultaneously
- Providing expert advice on contract matters and contributing to the development of policies and procedures
- Collaborating with operational teams to identify and implement process improvements
