Senior Property Manager Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to lead our commercial property management team.

  • This is a high-profile role that requires a strong track record of managing diverse portfolios of commercial properties, including office, retail, and industrial spaces.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property management, including leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, and financial reporting. They will also develop and implement strategies to maximise occupancy and rental returns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard and leased to maximise returns.
  • Oversee all aspects of property management, including leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement property management strategies to maximise occupancy and rental returns.
  • Liaise with clients, tenants, and contractors to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, financial reporting, and key performance indicators.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiencies.
  • Ensure properties are compliant with all relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Provide expert advice to internal stakeholders on all property-related matters.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior property management role, ideally within the commercial sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop and implement effective property strategies.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in using property management software and tools.
  • Thorough understanding of relevant property legislation, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Tertiary qualification in property management, real estate, or a related field.
