About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as an Ambassador for Indigenous Australian Employment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is committed to promoting equality and diversity in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities- To provide support and guidance to employees from Indigenous backgrounds
- To promote cultural awareness and understanding throughout the organization
- To develop and implement initiatives that enhance the recruitment, retention and career development of Indigenous Australians
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Experience working with Indigenous communities and organizations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
